Create Agent Element in Flow Builder

Summer '26 brings Agentforce deeper into the flow-building experience with a dedicated Create Agent element on the canvas.

Where

Available as a new element in Flow Builder, accessible from the element palette in any autolaunched or record-triggered flow.

How

Drag the Create Agent element onto the canvas. Configure it with an existing Agentforce agent or define a new mini-agent inline with custom instructions and actions. The agent executes as part of the flow run without switching tools.

Why

Previously, incorporating Agentforce into automated processes required separate configuration outside of Flow Builder. This element lets builders keep all logic in one place and deploy AI-assisted steps as part of existing automation.
