How
When saving a flow, you can now select multiple tags associated with different tag categories, for example by department, by process, or by project. The tags become part of the flow's metadata and let you group and filter automations in the Automation app.
Why
Naming conventions were the only real tool for flow organization until now. Tags give admin teams a structured, filterable taxonomy, which makes audits, handovers, and cleanup projects noticeably faster in large orgs.
