Cleaning up flows gets easier in Winter '27: Flow Builder can now filter for elements that are not used and for components that lack descriptions.

How
Apply the filter to surface unused elements, for example resources or components no longer referenced anywhere in the flow, as well as elements that are missing descriptions. From there you can delete dead pieces or document the ones that survive.
Why
Long-lived flows accumulate leftovers: abandoned variables, orphaned elements, undocumented logic. Until now finding them meant clicking through the flow manually or using external analysis tools. A native filter makes technical debt visible where you fix it, right on the canvas.
