Context Service Integration with Flow

Context Service now integrates natively with Salesforce Flow through Apex-defined data types. Admins can interact with Context Service actions using ordinary Flow variable inputs and outputs, instead of commissioning expensive custom development.

How

Add Context Service actions to your flow and map their inputs and outputs to Flow variables built on Apex-defined data types. The structured context flows in and out like any other Flow variable, so you can route it through decisions, assignments, and other elements.

Why

Until now, working with Context Service from automation meant custom Apex. Exposing it to Flow through Apex-defined types puts context-aware automation in reach of admins and removes a costly development dependency.
