Voice and video calls have had AI insights for a while; now face-to-face meetings catch up. Summer '26 brings meeting capture and transcription to the Salesforce mobile app.

Enable it from Salesforce Go: Features, then Einstein Conversation Insights, then In-Person Meetings. Requires Einstein Conversation Insights and is available on Starter and higher Sales editions.

How

During a customer visit, the seller records the meeting securely through the Salesforce mobile app. The recording is automatically transcribed and processed by Einstein Conversation Insights, which generates a summary and action items tied to the relevant records.

Why

Field sales teams lose detail between the parking lot and the CRM update. Automatic capture means sellers stay present in the conversation while the org still gets clean, analyzable meeting data.
