Available in Pipeline Inspection in Sales Cloud. Requires Einstein Activity Capture or connected email and calendar to surface activity data.
How
The new Activity column displays a color-coded heatmap for each opportunity row, reflecting inbound and outbound activity-voice calls, video calls, events, and emails-over the past 30 days. Hover over heatmap segments for quick summaries. Click through to a detailed side panel for a full activity breakdown.
Why
Reps and managers reviewing pipeline previously had to open each opportunity individually to assess engagement. The heatmap surfaces deal health at a glance during pipeline reviews, making it easier to spot at-risk deals.
