How
In agent setup, enable qualification for Contacts and Person Accounts alongside Leads and define the ICP criteria the agent should score against. The agent then evaluates those records and prioritizes qualified prospects.
Why
Many orgs run a person-account or contact-centric model where the best prospects never exist as Leads. Letting the agent qualify them removes a blind spot and keeps autonomous prospecting aligned with how your data is structured.
