Dashboards sent to executives often need manual color tweaking to look on-brand. Summer '26 lets you define a brand palette once and reuse it everywhere.
Where
Setup, then Themes and Branding: create or update a theme with your brand colors. The palette then appears as a Brand option in report chart properties and dashboard palette settings.
How
Admins add the org's brand colors to the active theme. When users build or edit a report chart or dashboard component, they select the Brand palette and the visualization automatically uses those colors. No more picking hex codes chart by chart.
Why
Consistent colors make dashboards easier to read and instantly recognizable as your company's. Centralizing the palette also means a rebrand is a one-place change instead of a dashboard-by-dashboard cleanup.
