Summer '26 adds an Element Error Rate column to Flow list views in the Automation App. At a glance you can see which flows have problematic elements and how often they're failing.

How
Look for the Element Error Rate column—it shows the failure percentage based on the most recent run. Click into the flow to see element-level detail.
Why
Spotting a failing element previously meant opening debug logs or waiting for fault email alerts. The error rate surface-level view turns reactive debugging into proactive monitoring.
