Flow Orchestration as Standard Feature

Summer '26 removes the usage-based limits that previously constrained Flow Orchestration adoption, making it a fully standard capability across applicable editions.

Where

Available in all Salesforce editions that include Flow Orchestration (Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer). No additional license or add-on required.

How

Flow Orchestration is available in Flow Builder as before. The change is on the licensing side: orchestration runs are now included without a separate usage allocation. Existing orchestrations continue running without changes.

Why

The previous usage-based model created unpredictability in high-volume orgs and discouraged adoption for large-scale multi-step automation. Standardizing it removes the barrier for teams who need complex approval and orchestration workflows at scale.
