Available in Flow Builder for saved flows (design-time) and active flows with runtime failures. Requires Agentforce for Flow enabled in Setup.
How
In Flow Builder, open a flow with errors or a runtime failure record. Click the Agentforce troubleshoot option to trigger analysis. Agentforce examines the flow logic, fault paths, and runtime context, then surfaces a plain-language explanation of the issue along with specific suggested fixes. You can apply a suggestion directly or review it before making changes.
Why
Flow error messages are often cryptic, and identifying which element caused a runtime failure requires navigating debug logs. AI-assisted diagnosis reduces the time from error to fix and helps less-experienced admins resolve issues they would otherwise need to escalate.
