Standard case assignment rules now apply automatically to cases generated from Experience Cloud (community) sites, closing a long-standing gap.

How
Enable the checkbox that applies standard assignment rules to Experience Cloud-generated cases. Community cases then route through the same rule entries as cases from other channels.
Why
Previously, community-created cases often bypassed assignment rules, forcing admins to build flows or triggers to route them. Native support removes that custom maintenance.
