Winter '27 gives Flow Builder its biggest visual update in years, focused on a cleaner canvas and faster element discovery.

How
Element cards are redesigned to take less space with a more modern, less rounded style. Clicking the plus sign now opens a menu on the right side with elements grouped by type (Decision Split, Manage Data, Flow Logic, Interaction, and more), and your frequently used elements rise to the top over time. New preferences let you hide API names and collapse labels and descriptions to declutter the canvas. Display Text and Text Templates also gain a proper color picker with default and custom colors.
Why
Large flows get visually overwhelming fast. A denser canvas, personalized display options, and a smarter element menu mean less scrolling and hunting, and richer text formatting without hand-written style tags.
